Yup, plasti-dipping the entire car is very popular in the Denver car scene. Plasti-dip recently changed their application process. They recently started retailing 1 gallon containers (vs. traditional aerosol spray cans). You apply it with an HVLP sprayer or gravity feed spray gun. When sprayed on using their spray gun or an HVLP it looks just like paint and is strong enough for power washing. It looks really badass!

If you use the applicator gun plasti-dip retails it turns out sweet. If you have to re-spray the panel later on down the road you can tear it off and just patch back with the same dye lot with the remants of the gallon.

Spray-on looks great. Very uniform color, depth, and sheen.

That actually does look quite nice, if I ever get tired of the full carbon look I'll look into this for sure. From the looks of things, nearly any colour can be had.

OMG your car.... ahhhh! Can't believe you drove it 100 miles to bring it to me. Zero's out the wideband (full lean) at 1/4 throttle, 10.5/11.0 AFR at idle, there's no ignition signal pickup, and the timing is off 4 teeth. WTF... damn bro!

There's not enough fuel to kill the engine. I can't get out of closed loop. Anything over 1/4 throttle breaks up, zero's WB, and dies. Almost seems like there's a fuel leak in the tank. I'm diggin into it...
