Do you have any pictures of how you attached it?

I don't. In a nutshell, I just welded on nuts where I needed them. I think I used 4 nuts on the back side, somewhat evenly spaced across the back side.

I think it's cool but it doesn't fit your car Err. It's a foot too narrow and it's not deep enough. It looked cool on the Gixxer widebody Jake had it on but it doesn't fit the new nose you've converted to. Personally I think you should sell it and have a new one molded.
Back is pinned to nuts welded to the front crossmember and the front is rod hinge pinned back thru the bumper to a reinforced mount he fabricated.
Not at all. It's extended beyond the radiator, which creates the low pressure area that is needed behind the radiator and high pressure in front. (exactly what a splitter is designed to do) The width is moot for my car, (and any car that doesn't have fully enclosed fender wells) they are open fender wells as well as having a turbo on one side that needs air flow for heat management.
If you were to make this from aluminum, do you think 1/8" 6061 would hold? What is the overall dimensions on your piece?
Oh ya, that should hold just fine. There's always the 'stand on it' test.
I'd have to measure it...
I'm a little too big to be doing the 'stand on it' test
If you get time, please measure it. It's not a big deal, I can measure my bumper and get a general idea.
