Tennessee. The tornado chance here seems to be growing with every year.

Cold War bomb shelters: A garish trip back in tome - Washington Times
i remember watchign a show about real fallout shelters built around the country during cold war ect.
    Private Bomb Shelters (19 pics)

some were very very cool and elaborate and the goverment never forced registration of the privately made ones. the one i saw they actually engineered the main entrance room to be a trap room as well being able to flood to the ceiling if anyone ever entered without permission

Ours would be used for 30 minutes for every tornado warning.

I believe they are called basements

We were at the vets Friday when they all come in the room we were in with a couple of dogs, a kid, and two cats. We were like WTF, and they said a tornado was heading our way. All I wanted to do was get in the car and go home because I left the dogs outside. I thought the storms were south and moving east from us. Pretty scary shit, I almost cried. But luckily everything was all right. Just some hail.

We thought when we moved away from Florida we wouldn't have to deal with hurricanes and shit... I think I rather deal with a hurricane than tornadoes, at least you can somewhat prepare for hurricanes.
