does look like poo but its been working great since I owned the car. going 2 years now.

This is a new issue after the clutch replacement. Drove it 200 miles just fine, romped on it on the highway and made a quick turn onto a street, I think I recall my foot slipping off clutch once in there and shifted hard, car wanted to GO GO GO once that newer pp got a hold of that new disk and resurfaced flywheel. since then... this idling issue. Car will drive just fine, its really more annoying than anything. I might just have to take a video to let you all in on exactly what i mean.

I kind of wish the guy told me it had been done when he sold it to me. I didnt know enough to ask either. I dont even know how long he had it. he was the second owner and from the sounds of it he only had it a couple years

Well the idle problem is no longer my primary concern... I had to drive it 2 and a half hours to base last night and today after my shift I was driving back to my room and by the time i got there I had no clutch pedal. I had to push it into the parking spot because the pedal will not disengage the pp from the flywheel. My best guess was fluid leak and had none left so i checked and found that it was still good. next guess is slave cylinder. just awesome. im over 2 hours from home and my tools, and im sure the military will not want me tearing my car apart on base either... maybe if i can get it into engine shop haha that would rock.

One problem, getting a new part on a sunday.. not happening and it wont be in stock. I will be done here tomorrow at about 1600 and have to find a way to get it home. I am thinking of buying AAA again and using the 200 mile tow right away.
