Oh, Bled the clutch with the help of Mrs. So I thought. Was good for a few engagements, then back to having to pump about every 3 or 4 shifts. Diving back into that soon.

What did you end up doing for dp gap? I had similar issue and made a plate steal spacer. Also ever do anything with Plenum to vc cover?
I ended up grinding a notch out where it hit, and double gasketing it. The cover is still in cardboard template form. I will get back around to it sometime this winter. Need to design some airflow into it to keep the fuel rail cool. There is a guy on 3si that has one designed with ventalation, and it looks great. Forget his name atm, but he will be selling them.
Did you replace the clutch master as well as the slave when you did the rebuild? Any signs of fluid behind the dash or down the trans?
Possibility that one of the crush washers on the line didn't seal right and is leaking after a couple of times? Are the hoses new or OEM?
No fluid that I seen while under there. Will check further tonight. Master, and slave are original, and the line from the firewall to the slave is new. No leaks there either.
Coop, I had a weird fuel problem too. Once I swapped in the wally 400 my return line was still the oem one and Von hadn't swapped it. and it had too much pressure and created a leak. Now its routed throu my oem Feed line. also found eventually that I needed a new tank but... there was an issue and rather than figure out why the line was switch. Anxious to see your numbers compared to what I had put out.
No idea why myself, Chis, Ray, and a few others are running the E85 Walbro 400 on stock feed, fpr, and return lines with no issues? It works but you may have other things going on.
Mine work fine. I just forgot to cap the return (using the feed as return), and the line for the canister was missed as well. I just looped the two with a piece of fuel line... No more leaking!
