heres something pretty demotivating.. Today I found out 2 of my shifts reliefs called in, basically meaning 2 of the 3 of us had to stay late. I volunteered along with another guy. Well you can only imagine how happy I was when my relief showed up! I was pretty shocked and happy to say the least. And then my head sergeant flips shit. Apparently my relief called and said she "needed light duty" cause she wasn't feeling well and my sergeant told her "we dont have light duty!" So basically my relief came in, and was planning on working, and my sergeant sent her home because she was mad at her. Now here I am sitting at work. working on my 4th hour of over time today and whats the kicker? you ask. I don't get paid overtime... Qualify as demotivating?
