Ideas as everyone likes to feel their car is special and not all of us have 100,000 to make car of the month but if there were sub catagories like best ...

oliver rods (from pampena)
94mm ross pistons (from pampena)
thick wrist pins (from pampena)
clevite bearings

3.75L
short-block was assembled and balanced at Merkle/Pampena's


top end:
DR stage 3 heads
- Double beehive springs
- +1mm oversized valves ...

Bung welded to DP. Local muffler guys were funny ...said they never seen a bong like this one:


Saved myself $50 bucks by taking out the DP myself, they never seem to tighten it all up right anyway.


Afer DP install, mounted sensor and routed wire to hole under DS, slightly in front of seat.

I ve wanted a 3000gt for quite sometime but never really got around to getting one. A friend gave me his 1997 mustang ( A/T V6 ). it was a frees car so really no complaints. The interior was pretty good but the paint job was horrid. I had the car for alomst 3 years. I had nothing but problems with it but it ran enought to take me to work and back. With being married with 3 kids, i made sure the wife had the good car ( suv ) so i know they would be safe and i would be able to handle ...

I've never used this blog before so we'll see how this goes.

I'm not usually one to make build threads until I'm done and have results. I do enjoy reading other people's builds even in progress so for all those that have been bugging me here it is.

I didn't want to spend 2 years working on my car like my last build so I decided to keep it simple this time. A fast, reliable, simple bolt-on TD04 car can be quite a bit of fun on the street so that's what I was after. ...
