  1. VeRonic4's "new" look

Over the past year (yes Hans and Em, it has been a year, lol) my 1993 VR-4 has been undergoing many new changes at GZP. I should probably have my own spot there by now, haha. Thought I'd start a page to post all my progress pics up and iterations of what is soon to be a finished beast. The first set of major upgrades included LMI16T-SR turbos (which were good for 306awhp at 14psi and made my life suck for a little while), Evo560cc injectors, CX-Racing FMIC, Hot-wired walbro fuel pump, greddy e-manage ...

  2. ...all you ever wanted to know about me and ATX...

It's always perplexed me why the 3/s is treated as such a drastically different platform than its cousin, the DSM. DSM's are in the 6's/7's now; 3/s's still stuck in the high 8's. DSM's have a significant amount of respect for the ATX; 3/s's treat the ATX like bantha fodder.

Ironically, every other japanese sports car from the 90's seems to have a more commanding, better served, more robust aftermarket community than the 3/s. Perhaps we do it to ourselves with all of the pointless ...

  3. wicked new idea

So I'm going to take my stock looking 93 pearl white 3000gt vr4 and do a carbon fiber overlay on the roof, a-pillars, and sail panels. Throw on a gt300 carbon fiber hood, and paint some moda r6's gloss black to go with it.

    Thoughts?

  4. Simplification, renovation, and updates: the Green Beast

My emerald green 1993 Stealth TT, built by Bob Melton, then owned by Adam Wild, is a daily driver as well as occasional racer, grocery getter, and hauler of stuff.

I first saw it at the 2006 National Gathering in Michigan, where I watched Bob run a 12.43 then turn in a couple more runs in the mid-12's. It wasn't the most lovely car out there, with the worst stone chips I have ever seen on a running vehicle...looked like a gravel truck had exploded in front of it. But it was shiny ...

  5. Pretty bummed :(

As the title says, im pretty friggen bummed... I found a fairly nice 1992 GTO that the owner was very badly wanting to trade for my Soarer, I was pretty stolked about getting to jump back into the "running" 3/S scene again. There was a catch though, I had to trailer my Soarer to Edmonton, and trailer the GTO back with me (neither have winter tires, and trailers are cheaper) All fine and dandy... Nope, I talked it over with my dad who is the one with the truck, told him that all expenses ...
