I was the victim of a hit and run in my college parking lot recently and thankfully it didn't do too much damage, just busted the driver's turn signal and moved the fender back a bit. I decided to replace the busted turn signal with clear corners. installation went fine but when I try to use the warning lights, nothing works. everything else is fine; brake lights, reverse lights, driving lights, brights, turn signals, but when I hit the warning lights button, nothing happens. I dismantled them and plugged back in the old bulbs and everything was fine again. help?

Edit: I bought them from 3sx. using the amber bulbs that came with the lenses seemed to cause the problem. re-installing the clear bulbs seemed to fix the problem, don't think it's legal though.

Make sure the amber bulbs are the same number as the clears, just amber. Like 1157 bulbs for example.

The bulbs in the 3SX corners are shit. Bring them to a parts store to match up with some new ones that are at least worth a squirt a piss.

Sorry, I had nothing but problems with the cheap shitty bulbs 3sx uses and your thread struck a touchy chord with me. There was solder on both of the bulbs that was shorting them out for me. I got some orange bulbs at the parts store and have not had a problem since.
