I think that is what the message from the admin states when you try to get verified to sell. It was earlier today so I do not want to try and quote verbatum. I am sure Alan can provide further details.

I will just use 3si and Ebay to sell things and 3sgto to buy things. It works for me.

I like option 3 but with so many e-bills I'm going to have to wait to get a paper copy of my next one in the mail. Doesn't affect my decision, I'll simply wait to get "Verified".

Although, I'm not opposed to providing copy of DL but I would not post it on a forum even though it would only accessible to mods.
I would not have a problem faxing a copy though.
