Anyone own a Parrot or similar larger bird?

Chris' sister has a Sun Conure and it's pretty funny. Loud as hell, but I can get it to dance and that's fun to watch.

my girl friend has 2. One that never stops talking. I am amazed how intelligent it is. It doesn't just repeat sounds, it talks. I first realize that upon this conversation:
Bird "wanna a treat?" so i try and give the bird a treat and in the process drop it. It falls through to the bottom of the cage.
Bird, "bad boy! Bad boy!
Me, "he, i'm not a bad boy."
bird "you shut-up" with indignant attitude.

It also sings the lolipop song including incredible whistling.

A guy picked up a parrot at the pet shop, brought it home and discovered it had a mouth that would make a sailor blush.
He scolded the bird several times about it's language, only to be met with a verbal tirade.
Frustrated, he finally tossed the bird in the freezer.
Bird paced around, rather irate at being put in a cold & dark place.
After a minute, owner freed the bird from from his confines, only to be met once again with a good cussing.
Guy was furious this time, put the bird back in the freezer & told him he'd better "Watch his mouth or else!"
This time, light remained on in the freezer, and the parrot bumped into a frozen turkey.
Shocked, parrot commented to the turkey ...
"I guess that guy is serious about the language ... what did you say ? Fuck !!"

Just got a blue and gold macaw off cl.
Nice bird except the house she came from was horrible so she plucked most of her feathers out. They're starting to come back in so I hope shell let them stay this time. So far I've heard her say hello, pretty bird, and I think "i don't know". She loves techno music. She will also sit on her cage, raise one leg and wave at you while saying hello.
