megans or tein coilovers for the best ride?

looks like everyone says megans are the best bang for the buck but, is it just the price that people dont like about the teins or ride quality? im triing to decide between the tein and megans coilovers, comfort is number one issue.

so if money was no object, would people get the teins or, is the ride quality from the megans worth sacrificing the in car ride adjustment ability?

I role the TEIN Flex Coils and I absolutely love them. Yeah they're stiff but they're supposed to be. Corners great, absorbs shock really good, just overall a great suspension IMO.

I have teins and they handle great, but not a very good ride on bad roads. I haven't messed with adjusting them though. If comfort is the number one issue, stay stock- it's not a terrible setup and it rides nice.

if you have ECS suspension keep it, repair if necessary.
if you have non ECS suspension seek for replacement

love the stock setup but hate the 4+ inch gap above my tire.

What about the ECS with tein s-tech spring option? I hear good things about that, and that's what I'm going with. Have had the springs for 2yrs now, and just getting around to installing them soon.

thats where this all started i was triing to decide on the h or s tein springs but i dont mind spending the cash for the best. my dream is to convince taanabe to make me a set of 7's with their auto matic adjuster(like teins). it has the abilty to stiffen the springs when car is accelerating. imagine a comfy ride and when you punch it, the springs stiffin more and more as car accelerates. been told no but i usually dont give up till ive heard no a few times,lol.

One of mine had Tein coilovers. I've driven next to cars with Megans. While they almost hit there heads on the roof on bumps, mine was livable. Same road, same speed..

I'm not familiar with how Megans adjust damper.. it's possible their settings were maxed out stiff? I always kept mine middle of the road.

I've never daily driven a 3s but I wouldn't recommend any coilover for that application.
