funny if you hooked up your active exhaust motor to your rear hatch

That's not an aero motor in the pic. Pretty sure some cars had remote hatch release...

It looks like a hatch release. It has the mechanism to pull a cable.

That's an active exhaust motor. They never came with an electric hatch release. You can add one with an aftermarker alarm though.

This will work if you don't have a hatch release. Use it with any keyless system ie:remote start or alarm and it will function via remote.
