    Megan Coilovers

In which way are these adjustable? Rebound and Compression or just rebound?

Contrary to popular belief, no, I am not knowledgeable in the ways of suspension as I would like to be.

Well I know they are good, just making sure I get the right ones as I will be racing with mine, heavily.

What type of racing? (i.e. Drag, Autocross, Road, Rally?) Makes a difference on what coilover would be adequate.

The Megan's adjust compresson and rebound at the same time which is why they are just a 2-way setup. However, if you are looking to do some serious racing I would suggest going with some KW's.
