What is he selling? I think Coop is referring to using the cash "in his face" so to speak. When you are bargaining with someone on the margin, it goes a long way to be waving cash; counting it on the table, etc for bargaining purposes.

It's a Stealth TT, but he's in no hurry to sell and is already taking a beating on price.

Doesn't make any sense to sell it and turn around and buy another one IMO. Just keep it if you aren't getting what you are looking for it.
