White smoke? not sure of the cause

It seems my 95 3kgt is blowing white smoke out the exhaust. Only when idle for short periods of time (like a stop light) and hitting the throttle a small puff of white smoke leaves the exhaust. it also can happen if im in a drive thru for long periods of time. Then if im parked it may start to slowly leave the exhaust and if i leave the drive thru, and accelerate, it can blow pretty bad for a minute or two as im driving, rather visible behind me. I was hoping some of you here could help with this before i take it to a shop.

Sounds like valve stem seals. Very common with these cars.
