When I was a kid I was being a little shit and my mom was in the kitchen. She pulled out an ice Pack filled with blue gel and hit me across the back leg with it....it exploded and blue gel went all over the carpet. Shit...HIT. THE. FAN. LMAO, something I'll remember forever.

extension cord works much better. or you can make the kid go get a switch. and if it breaks, he has to get another one--repeat until he's learnt.
