Where is the guide bolt, anyone have a pic?

Sorry for the delay, was looking to see if I took a pic when I swapped my linkage. The guide bolt is in approximately the same vertical line as the two detents you posted a picture of. It's a much smaller bolt head, 12mm, IIRC.

No. Have to buy whole unit. IIRC, abt $75.

Where do you get those Milt? Cherry hill?

Got the shift shaft assembly, $86 at my local mitsu dealer. I will be installing it during the long xmas weekend, since its my daily driver. Will post more pics and results.
