So you have it hooked up that way but it still doesnt work? EBC setup for external gates? They work the opposite of an internal gate.

im using an mbc, pretty much had it as pic showed before, thought it was bad mbc got it replaced still only was hitting spring pressure, idk why i cant seem to comprehend the problem i feel like an idiot but from my understanding you hook the mbc up to only one port and thats supposed to be the top port and leave the other vented, only with an ebc are you supposed to hook up both ports. and if this is the case which port do i need to hook my mbc up to?

The lower still needs to be hooked up to your IC pipe pressure source. Dont hook it to manifold pressure, they arnt designed to handle vacuum.

so the hose you can see in the picture needs to go to the boost controller , and the nipple on the right needs to go to boost source only?so basically i need it hooked up backwards from the picture?? the picture shows my right port going to the mbc output and the top port going to boost ref

Top to boost control, the lower one to pressure source.

You have it hooked up correctly to the lower port for using the MBC...if your using an EBC then you need to use the top port
