Not much to update.
Received some 12AN weld on fittings, DrWeldin's WG spring upgrade kit, new Bosch WB o2 sensor. I cleaned up and painted some new/used oil drains, and pulled the bastard ABS pump out in preparation for STM's ABS delete kit.
This is the little girl who keeps stealing all my time.

Deleted the ABS tonight, and got news that my water necks were done. 3 weejs ETA on the turbo rebuild. So it look like I have some down time to clean her up. I was pretty happy with the ABS delete kit from STM. What I dont understand it why Mitsubishi thought it was a good idea to install the 2 bolts that hold the clutch line to the firewall BEHIND the firewall insulation. I am really considering taking it all out at this point since I had to make a tear in in it to access those bolts.

AN PTFE lines and fittings came in for the oil cooler and radiator.

I got some bad news from MTC.
At this point I am having him ship back the turbos and I am contemplating some options.Hey Jon,
Well a little bit of bad news. I had my machinist work on trying to make the new insert sleeve for the comp wheels and he says he isn't going to be able to do it with the machine we have. Its just to small of a piece and it has to be 100% perfect or the wheel will be off center or loose on the turbine shaft which would cause immediate turbo failure.
That's too bad. I just got a deposit for my 368s. I've heard that these turbos were very difficult to balance and one of the reasons why so many failed so what Dan said makes sense. See what Dan can do to hook you up with some billet 19Ts. I'd recommend the Devastators since that's what I'm using but they're not cheap at $3k. I'm sure you'll figure something out though.
What size fittings did you use on the water neck?
