3s Less Forever hate to say it...not going to get sucked in again..
So very sorry for your loss, Paul. As a certified "Senior Citizen", I often think about the time and nature of my passing. We all "know" we will go someday, we just never believe it will be today. But there will come a "today" when we will pass. I only pray we will all be ready on that "today".
Paul, I'm so sad for you and for his family. It's so hard to lose a good person.
My step-dad complained of a bad headache the evening he passed. He died in his sleep, too, but they figured it was his heart (he had a super bad ticker for a long time...already had a triple by-pass).
Huggles, buddy. We'll be thinking of you.
Condolences to his family Paul. Terrible news to hear about anyone, worse when you have a great relationship with them.
That's very ironic. One of my friends died yesterday. He was 39 also and was ironically driving a RX-7 on the way home from work when he fell asleep and flipped the car killing him. He works 3rd shift 12 hr days and happened to pick up another 4 on top of that. I'm pretty sure it was because of his bi-polar and lack of sleep that it finally caught up to him after 5-6 years at that job. I would always talk to him and he'd have been up for 48-72 hours or would get maybe 2-3 hrs of sleep a night. It's a shame that happened all of a sudden. He left his new wife of 3 months and 3 kids behind two of which are in elementary school. But enough of that.
Sorry for your loss. At least it sound like he didn't go in tremendous pain. When I go I'd rather go in my sleep. It definitely does make you think that things can go at any minute. It takes you by surprise and leaves you in shock. I definitely think twice when I'm doing something that puts me or others at risk. It only takes that one time for something to go wrong and then you're not there tomorrow.

That is very strange!
This has effected me for the good I believe. I no longer want to waste time. Hopefully I'll stick with it because I'm trying to get more out of life while I'm here. I no longer want to waste a bunch of time on the net or sit around watching reruns of tosh.0 and two and a half men lol. I've been stuck in a rut lately and realized I've needed a change but until this happened I haven't really had any motivation.
Thanks again for the kind words guys. Good to know I have friends here. This community means a lot to me.
truly sad.
There are two things in life that truely frighten me. That is women and death.
If you ever get an official COD be sure to post it up.

Never be afraid of death, be afraid of never truly living. Death is inevitable, life is what you make of it.....
