    ok, need some help here...

Well, ran again at the track, and 3rd gear just falls on its face. 1st and 2nd pulls fine, but then i shift to third and just takes forever to get up to speed in 3rd. i am trapping at 112mph. Last year i was mid 120's? I am going to take the car to JFAST to have him look over the car in a week. I just bought the walbro 400 E85 version pump from Ninja Performance. I wasnt sure if maybe one of my twin 255 wallys currently might be failing and not getting fuel? My afr's are reading lean? on my log looking like something is not reading correctly. I found a broken wire (the one that connects to the coil pack), small cylindrical capsule with a screw to the coil pack holder? I soldered the wire back on and looks ok. My AEM ems was not reading timing on my aem log so im hoping that little wire was the issue.

Running 20psi and it wouldnt go any higher. I put the 15-20psi WG springs in my forge WG's. Still pulling great 1.6 60 fts but 3rd gear just sucks. no idea what is going on?

You pressure tested correct? You are maxing out your MBC and only making 20psi with 20psi wastegate springs? Your turbos will not like that recipe for very long...

dave, the mbc is not maxed out. i kept creeping the dial more and more, but didnt go past 21psi, so i just backed it down. I did pressure test, before and car ran exactly the same. only place i was leaking was TB. replaced the TB i bought from april and everything else was the same. I will do another pressure test probably after I get the new fuel pump in. (have to do the pressure test at my buddies house, adjustable regulater). I guess i will check that out.

Take your car to a competent tuner and let them sort ALL of your issues out for once. Beating on it while it's obviously not healthy is not doing it any favors.... Not trying to be a dick, but up to this point your attempts to solicit feedback from the internet, diagnose and fix issues has failed. With all the time and money put into that car, you deserve to actually enjoy it.

That little capsule you refer to is the "noise suppressor." It's supposed to keep your radio from humming from the interference your spark plug wires generate. It's not the culprit here and doesn't affect timing. If you have verified you are running lean, why not add more fuel to the map?

i am going be pressure testing once my new 400 wally gets here and i install it. Then, im taking it to jfast to have him go thru the car and he has a new fuel and timing map that he is going to download and then check my tune. I ordered the new 400 E85 wally because i just wasnt sure if one of my daul 255's were failing.

Guessing and checking isn't the best way to diagnose the car. Let an expert, in this case if its J.Fast go through the whole car and tell you whats really going on.
