This will be the last 96-97 plenum I do for an undetermined amount of time. This plenum had the worse casting I have ever dealt with, like wanted to curl up in the fetal position and cry. I do believe this plenum has more time put into than the plenum on my car (and it's been repolished LOL). I don't keep track of the amount of time for fear I might become depressed.

Cleaned inside and out. I have new OEM fitting that I will install prior to shipping (brake & clutch booster).

Price: $280 shipped + your core. The shipped price is within the 48 states, everywhere else is extra. You can either pay a refundable core charge or send your core in first. We can discuss the core charge through PMs. Core must be useable and have to be 96/97 TT/VR4.

We all know my quality of work, but I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

April, If you are out of the '96-'97 plenum business and get the core from this sale - I'd consider buying it from you unfinished (to be powder coated). PM me if interested.

Cores are so hard to come buy (literally) that eventually I will polish it. I actually got his core today and his casting doesn't look nearly as bad as the one I just polished.

Did you sand blast the inside? I've never seen one that clean.

Actually it came already cleaned... but I would say no on the sandblasting because nothing else was bead blasted. Lots and lots of carb cleaner works wonder, that what I do with a tire brush... and it comes out the same as pictured.
