AEM Universal Wideband Failsafe Gauge - Maximal Performance

I was really happy about these until I realized it was only a boost gauge with it and not a boost controller.
If it was a WB02/Boost Controller, you could totally lower boost based on your AF which would be AWESOME. But sadly no
Either way tho, it is still a very nice piece of hardware.
July 2014 COTMWe follow the earth. The earth follows the stars. The stars know their way and though the body dies. The stars will remain, like the waves of the sea and restless slate.
Does the fail safe features work independently of do you need say a series2 to utilize that feature?
That gauge is stand alone. You can program what you want to do with it on your computer. You don't need an AEM EMS to utilize it, but they do play hand in hand.
It would be nice if they could do that, and they do have the tru-boost so they can fit a boost controller in a gauge. Perhaps they're not to the point where they can put the extra wideband electronics in it...
The gauge will work by itself but the failsafe feature interfaces with the EMS...it's possible other controllers can use it to, it just depends on the input they take and if there's a way to interpret that...
Bump!!
Still offering these. I've sold a few so I'm interested to see how they're working out for people...
