    I've run the 105 and the WIX and had no issues and no plate either.

    Looks like Mobil 1 has discontinued the M1-105 oversize filter

    the mahle oc138 filter seem to be pretty much the only reasonably priced big filter here in europe these days ...
    somebody has made a recent video of it


    videos of the few stock size filters cut open for comparison
