VR4 Suspension Overview/Maintenance Guide?

I've done a bit of searching but I haven't found anything yet. Is there a general suspension overview/maintenance guide?

Put simply, I want my VR4 to drive like my Bimmer and I'm looking for some sort of guide that covers everything that someone should know in order to have everything in spec as if it were brand new; a collection of adjustments, torque specs, etc, all together in a unified document.

If the answer is "there isn't one", then that's fine too. Just looking to find out. Thanks.
