VSS Tool - alternative to Bluepoint GA317

So i have slowly been getting ready to change my valve stem seals, and one of the most important tools you need is a valve keeper tool. So everyone says you need the bluepoint GA317 which is $41 bucks plus whatever shipping is, and since im on the budget of a 17 year old, i figured i could find a cheaper on and i think i did. its called the KD 419101 and i got it off ebay for 12 bucks and 5.95 for shipping. As far as i can tell its the same as the bluepoint, and it should work fine with our cars. I took a few pics of the tool aswell.
