need help with clutch

when driving yesterday i shift to netrul when stopped at light. when i went to shift the clutch went dead soft. i could not get it in gear and had to get the stealth towed home. i took a quick look last night and cannot find any fluid leaks and clutch cylinder is full of fluid. my guess now is the clutch cylinder is shot. or could it be the clutch booster cylinder? any advice ?

does it do anything if you pump it? does the fork move? if theres no leaks, its full, the fork does not move.. its most likely the master.
