I know how blood quantum relative to tribal membership works.

Short version is, membership numbers equate directly to money and power for the tribes.

To have a politician with genuine name recognition as a tribal member would be - pardon the term - a feather in the cap of any tribe.

She has claimed a tribe, however the tribe does not claim her.

These facts are well-known, yet Lizzie claims the situation does not smell of fish.

What makes it even funnier is tribal members know more by mistake about fish than almost anyone but a marine biologist.
