My brother's steering wheel came off on his dirt track car one race. He came around turn 2 and drove straight into the wall. I thought he hd broken an axle or a arm or something the way it happened.
He managed to get it back on, backed off the wall and got back into the race after the caution. I talked to him after the race and he was furious since he was leading when it happened.

the whole video of the steering wheel coming off is pretty funny. After he stops he looks at the wheel, then tosses it to the side like "what the hell".
