Listen, I'm only on page 71 or so of this thread, and I cannot wait long enough to get through all 500 or so pages of it to see if this was answered. What is this contraption called and where do I find them?

Notice how he didn't sit in it LOL... the seat part is made out a suitcase obviously. I bet it couldn't hold more than 20lbs before the hinges gave. Also to mention, how easily he was able to fold it up and easily cart it off in one hand... that thing would be crushed faster than shipping glass headlights w/ USPS.
