    yeah, agreed. it could happen...but that'd be very unusual--especially at the angle it happened at. a thrown body doesn't tend to just skid along the pavement stiff as a board. perhaps that'd be more likely on the face/back of the helmet, but the top or off to one side...i find it hard to believe.

    Yeah, or it got stuck under someone’s car. The only way that could have been on somebody's head would be if an open wheel car flipped over and slid for a while. They don't use helmets like that ether. IDK it could have been strapped to the side of a bike and slid under it for a while, who knows?

    I know.

    He was on the highway when a car kicked up a piece of cardboard that hit him in the face at 70mph. He fell and hit the ground and blacked out. Apparently a bus hit him right after the fall.
    So, yeah, it's completely probable.
