In case you didn't hear, Nigeria brought international charges against Cheney for bribery during his tenure as CEO of Halliburton. A few days ago, Halliburton bribed the guys bringing bribery charges against him.

I'm honestly curious, would you get in legal trouble for driving that truck around if all the stickers were about black people but equally offensive? Stuff like "the only good n-gger is a dead n-gger" or "no reparations for obsolete farm equipment", etc.
