Outran cop and cop crashed looking for legal advice asap. - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

"Looking for some advice. I have dash cam footage. Already sat 4 months and they want to give me 3 years. My prior driving record consists of 2 driving under suspensions due to the fact I wasn't able to keep up with insurance. And about 1 speeding ticket a year for the past 4 years. Nothing outragous. An officer crashed trying to chase me and I have to pay for the car he wrecked. In the video you will see he had no justifiable cause for the stop/pursuit in the 1st place. I was given 3 days to take a plea deal in which I did. And then after I got the dash cam footage and I am having second thoughts. I've been told that when it comes down to court it will go back to sq 1 and if there is no justifiable cause for a stop everything can be dismissed.. and plz dnt bash I'm just looking for some advice. He states in the video I passed in a non passing zone which is right in the beginning of the vid. And at the time I was driving under suspension to hold a job. I had 2 days left under my suspension and I paniced and fled I didn't want to lose my new car,my job or goto jail. The cop was going south on a 1 way and about 5 cars in a club going north nobody did anything wrong he just decided to turn around and follow us for about 8 miles prior to all of this happening. Again please don't bash. I've heard it all already. Ill post a link of the dashcam footage."
