if that were real, the minivan would have slid sideways and probably spun around. there was no force inherent in how that ball was swinging that would have flipped the van.

about the road signs.. there are minor details that make them unique, the left signs for example are definitely russian also the road markings are russian
Plates are not unique. Unless you see their flag, you can't be 100% sure. signs are also similar to europe or neighboring countries. If you can't see tags/signs clearly then you can never be sure. But name of the road in description gives out the location.
Those, who stand for nothing, will fall for anything.
On the Internet you can be anything you want. It's strange that so many people choose to be stupid.

To me they look unique in design and very easy to recognise, there is no need to see their flag,,,, first off common EU plate design consists of a blue strip on the left side of the plate. This blue strip has the European flag symbol, russian plates look very different just because of this very reason and the registration plates in other countries look far different from russian plates in design as far as i know... Signs maybe similar but not 100% similar for example here is a russian left sign

    and the second turn sign

    ...indeed very russian road signs

and here is a picture/list of german road signs
