Baltimore sounds about right... or maybe downtown chicago...

My experience with Baltimore is at the first stoplight getting off at the inner harbor, I looked over to see a bored cop standing over a body in a pool of blood outside a liquor store...
The next stop... a kid tried to sell me coke... The parking deck? About 100 youths running wild at night in a large group...

I see no need to ever go back to Baltimore
