lmao no she's the one who says "I got my stomach pumped"
"This is a ridiculous cause and effect suggestion."
"Yeah, kind of like the sun rising and then morning happening, eh? What are they trying to pull on us?"

"If I wanted to hear from an asshole, I'd fart into a microphone."

"It's easy. Take the last f*ck, and let it go, and thus you shall have no more f*cks to give."

i'm right there with you. as much as i despise code pink, the right to peaceably assemble is in the first amendment. i've got no idea what happened before the events in that video; however if it was inappropriate activity--then THAT'S what the group should have been arrested for; not dancing.

when i first heard about the passage of this "no dancing" bill; i did a double take. this would definitely be the point at which--had i a CCW--i would have brandished a weapon in defense of the protestors. i take the oath to "support and defend the constitution of the US against all enemies foreign and domestic" VERY, VERY seriously. i don't know how much more "peaceful" of a protest you can get than by dancing.

and it wouldn't have been a sudden thing either. i would have approached the park police and said, "sir, if you arrest these people for peaceful protest by dancing--as an active member of the armed forces, i will respond to you as an enemy of the US constitution."

oh it would have gotten very ugly, very fast; and i probably would have wound up dead--and there would be ZERO media coverage explaining what really happened. but...since i fully expect some shiens like this to eventually claim my life, at least you'll know why it happened when it does happen. and i'm certain it will happen.

Sounds like an inner Holden Caufield.

that was not my intent, and i'm sad to hear that it could be taken as humor. each and every day i see more and more of our liberties stripped away without just cause, without public consent, and without reason. i'm fairly certain that it's not an "if", it's a "when" with regards to myself having to come face to face with a situation where i will have to decide whether or not i am willing to carry out my oath of office--TO THE LETTER.

ao, if this makes me seem like a farcical character in a novel, i can only surmise that's because you cannot grasp the gravity of the situation. personally, if you are not willing to die for the rights and liberties you take for granted; you are not entitled to them in the first place. since we all know you aren't willing to do so--your talk is nothing but hot air.

Holy smokes! Guy shoots himself in the head with a shotgun. Safe for work as it is through infrared and at a distance.

Thanks for that. It saddens me to see how few people understand the incredible privilege we have to have a document like the constitution. While I've never taken the oath to defend it. I could only see the headlines that might be written had I been there. Park Police Brutalize 50 year old man. 12 hospitalized.

My comment was more to note that you seem very willing to die for your cause, but never seem to mention living for it.

Everyone lives in grave times, when peoples' rights are being infringed on...but letting them take more doesn't seem to me to be a proper answer.
