The funny thing is dumb ass cyclists like this take the "Share the Road" signs as meaning, riders own the road and don't have to let cars past.

Share the Road applies to both cars and bicycles. Cars need to be aware of cyclist and cyclist need to be aware of cars and let the properly pass.

Some just do it on purpose because they feel everyone should be on a bicycle. Those are the ones that need to be hit.
