He has always done that. He is a boxer, fights strategically and plays the points system. Manny had nothing for him, shoulder injury or not, at his age just not likely to have knocked him out. Manny was certainly never going to out point him, only a k.o. would've won it.

That said, I didn't pay for it and didn't care for it. 4 years ago, would have been worth it. At this point, both fighters were just cashing one last paycheck.

It's even worse than watching a grinder in the UFC. At least when you're watching someone like GSP--who often wins by out-lasting his opponents--GSP is working the whole time. He's not going to throw haymakers that expose himself to counters, but he's also not going to simply "play it safe" and stuff takedown attempts or lie on the mat and do very little. That's why I like the rating system in the UFC; it also counts aggressiveness. Someone playing mayweather BS or Ali's rope-a-dope BS is going to get out pointed in a damn hurry.

Plus, you have to wonder why it as unanimous. I mean, I didn't watch it, but even the most egotistical fighter knows when they're losing a lopsided decision; Manny actually thought he'd won. Or maybe, as someone else put it, "they gave Mayweather the win...so the blacks won't riot". *ducks*

"That BS" should only be regarded as a knockout strategy, a la Ali/Foreman.

I didn't agree with it when Ali began to employ it, and felt he "won" a few fights he shouldn't have.

His entire post-draft-moment career was rendered questionable by his title having been stripped - he should have been well into retirement by the time he fought Foreman, frankly, and I regard his victory in that fight as a bit of an outlier, considering his age.

A city council member in Georgetown, Texas left to use the bathroom during a recent meeting, and forgot to turn his microphone off. So you could hear him peeing. And the mayor couldn't stop laughing about it.

She was in the middle of talking about how deadly antibiotic-resistant diseases are, and how people she knows have been affected by them. So she tried to keep it together and almost did. But then she heard him flush and lost it again. The video also shows him walk back in at the end. Oh, and you never even hear him wash his hands!
