I don't see how that's similar. That was a bunch of losers taking advantage of a city half destroyed by natural means. Other than the rash of recent racially motivated rioting, I can't think of anything beyond the 92 LA riots.

Not dubya era... I can't say for sure that the author meant to only include dubya, but that's what most people think/say when they bring up Bush these days.

EDIT - the post is obviously a joke, but it got me thinking that I can't remember anything during dubya's time. Not that Baltimore is Obama's fault, just curiously thinking.

The Cincy riots of 01, I did forget about that one and it is 100% relevant as it was the same scenario as Baltimore.
