While I was away at work, my wife made an $85 order on Walmart.com. Well when I got home and saw the order, I saw that she sent it to an address which was in my account from when it was hacked. The order was already shipped, and now I can't get in touch with their customer service because it is closed. Is it that hard to look at where the item is shipping to before you order it?

Pissed at my wife and at walmart, but mainly my wife.

I didn't realize it was saved as the primary address in the account. I thought at the time it was entered, that it was a one time thing. Also didn't realize my wife had access to my account. I always verify everything all the time of order because both my wife and I have quite a few prior addresses that are linked to many accounts. The account had a new password, but I guess I logged in on her computer before, or she ordered from my computer.

Anyhow, I believe I was able to get everything cancelled.

Moral of the story, verify your shipping address before you submit an order. Especially if you move around a lot and have a lot of addresses in your accounts. I have about 3 addresses that typically show up in my accounts now, and she has 3 as well (just share the current one now).
