Ok I get what your point is. You put mine in bold. It could be. From Quinn's history I wouldnt put it past him. Plus, I am not whining over speculation. I was talking about the bill in full. As for my bringing up Quinn, I have called and emailed his office voicing against it, so that is not a waste of time(I hope). Why wait till something is signed into law before voicing an opinion about it?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it won't get signed but whining over speculation seems like a big waste of time. Just save it for if/when it actually becomes a law rather than a potential law.

Being anything like this can get that far just blows my mind. Scares the shit out of me actually.
