Law enforcement bulletin warned of ISIS urging jihad attacks on US soil | Fox News

This is why I don't like using my real name online, nor providing personal details about myself.

Meh, try it. Not being a hardass but those no talent sand monkeys are terrible fighters. Much like the Taliban and other poorly trained and funded terrorist organizations. They are notoriously bad combatants that work as a pack and make a lot of noise. If the day ever arises to where I am scared of ISIS on USA soil, I'll know I'm in fact dreaming. Fuck ISIS.

I tend to agree...but the article wasn't about ISIS itself. It was about encouraging US CITIZENS (and citizens from other westernized nations)--people who support ISIS--to take up their arms at home, rather than traveling abroad. And that's what scares me. You never know when some ghetto-trash idiot with a kopy of the koran is going to get batshit crazy ideas in his head. The UK already had a soldier hacked to death last year. In the US, we've had a pressure cooker explode, an army major go on a shooting spree, and a couple of muslim-convert wackos go on a beltway shooting spree...and that's just the islam-related ones that i can recall off the top of my head.

I find this a credible threat.

Still not worried. Pressure cookers, random low count assaults, etc. Fucking casuals of the world. In an off chance, sure. They are still an uneducated group of Neanderthals. They hold No merit as a threat on a personal basis on friendly soil.

True. Even several attacks won't really make any impact at all. I just don't want to be one of the unlucky ones.

Doesn't make sense how any of that has to do with a name. Do you expect one of them to track you down for some special reason? If you are unlucky enough to be hit by a random attack, I doubt it would be because someone knew your first name. To be scared of random or targeted attack would be the last thing on my mind.

My name is Chris Patterson, and I'm pretty confident it's still hard as hell to try and find me. People have a hard enough time finding my house when I give them an address and directions, and sure as hell not worried about people finding me at work because I'm at a different location daily. I'm scared of not having enough money to make bill payments, not wack jobs.
