I think both are at fault legally (him for speed, her because with a car coming straight she didn't have the right away), but that has seemed get overlooked.
IMO, He was hauling ass, but the other car definitely came out across the lines into the far lane when he clipped her. That said, looked like he was still getting over at that time as well, so even had she been in her proper lane, no telling if that still would've prevented the accident. Had she not pulled out at all (which would've been the right thing to do given that she was turning and he was going straight,) there would've been no accident.

LMAO, see two seconds of video before the crash and suddenly we know who is at fault. What if he just turned onto the street and punched it, meanwhile the Mazda was already turning onto the street? Who says he's speeding?
Yeah I think he was going fast enough to get reckless driving without an accident. He doesn't stand a chance. If he can't get that car whoa-ed down by then....well it's his fault. Not to mention you can hear it at WOT in a busy narrow neighborhood street. Could have hit a kid so not only is he an idiot but a douchebag.
Speed doesn't matter when the right of way is violated. A good friend back in high school was running late for school and was hauling ass to get there. An old man in a Cadillac pulled out in front of him and got broadsided. It killed the old man. My friend was no cited because the guy pulled out in front of him.

Read the story that went along with it. That is not the only time I have seen or heard of it happening. I never said I 100% agreed with it, but someone speeding doesn't give another the right to pull out in front of them either.
