Yes. Darwinism at it's finest. You climb a hydroline and ground the wires, people are gonna laugh as your lifeless body tumbles to the ground.

You didn't protest the helicopter crash one, even though you have no proof that someone didn't die in that one or that this guy didn't live.

He died. He was as you can imagine, high on drugs. Put a 'W' in the Darwin column.

Neighbours said that it wasn't the first time the man had performed dangerous acrobatics on pylons in the area after becoming high on drugs.
But this time his legs touched one of the cables, killing him instantly and causing an explosion which set fire to two nearby houses.

Different situations. The helicopter crash was shown as it actually happened and the story indicates no one was killed. The gif was reversed to create humor from what had to be a fatality. I'm sure the guy was dead as soon as the 230,000 volts went to ground through his body. Maybe I'm more sensitive to it being that I've worked in the electric industry for the last 28 years. I've seen more than my share of what electricity can do to the human body. Yeah, the guy was a dumbass for climbing the tower and he got what was coming to him, I just don't see it as humorous.

Yep agreed, this was my comment when I saw it on another site.

OMG what a f-ing idiot!!!!! What the hell was he thinking?!?!?!? Did he forget there were spinny things up there? Why were they performing such a maneuver anyway? As soon as I saw the copter heading down with the cable I knew what was going to happen. If they were raising the tower with it they should have had a remote release so he wouldn’t be just feet away from a cable when trying to land. This whole thing blows my mind. It was doomed before it started. Next time they might not want to have the biggest idiot grab the cable and plan the job.
