Neither. It's an F-15, MiG-29, or SU-27+ variant. I'm going with Russian based on gooseneck.

Easy way to tell: Vertical rear stabs and wingtip AAM.

easier to tell fulcrum in the video. in the gif, i can't quite distinguish straight vs. slanted fins.
