as to the "not really secured" merchandise, that's rather standard. the most frequently sought after items by thieves are things which are fairly small and carry a high dollar value.

as to "not saying it", i'm not that PC, and i'll say it. of course they're black; and i would have guessed that after just seeing their names. there's a mindset that seems to pervade the subculture that says that "black people in large numbers can get away with anything". remember that video about the car-dealership where the asian lady got punched?

no, i don't think it's racist to point out how a sub-culture "keeps itself down". anyone who pulls out the race card at the first sign of constructive criticism isn't really interested in personal or professional progression.

I think you missed the point. She took him to court because he OVER paid, and OVER visited. She had the terms of the support and visitation reduced without (allegedly) his knowledge. That's just a cold hearted, vindictive, cunt.

If I understood correctly from the video, his being "overpaid" wasn't the problem. She wanted him to pay $3,000 extra for her BS lawyer fees. But yes, I do agree that changing the terms of the contractual obligation without notifying him is beyond low. And if I were the judge in that case, if it were proven that he was totally unaware of how she'd re-drafted the documents, I would completely rescind his obligation for child-support.
