It's not even worth selling IMO. It won't bring you enough money to matter unless you really need the money.

That's the cool thing about my Talon. Whatever happens, my wife can't ever realistically expect me to sell it because it wouldn't bring crap even in the most dire of financial circumstances.

    This!

If you do sell it then take the parts off that are reasonably easy to get off and sell them separate from the car. Talk to pezcore, that’s what he did.

I hate to see you get rid of it. You should go to NG, it will make you want to keep it unless you tear it up. Then you'll want to get rid of it fast. lol

Well, you're right, it's not really a matter of money, (though I figured that if I could get 7-8k for the car and another 2k for some mods, I'd be satisfied) but it's about space in the garage and a wife who thinks I have too many toys as is. We only have a three car garage, and 4 cars. Somethings got to give, and since the car never gets driven anymore... Shrug. Don't have much of a passion for working on it anymore either, as evidenced by all the mods I bought and just let build up LOL.

I also think about the cost of keeping the car insured when it just sits there. There's better things I could spend that money on.

I understand that. I have 4 cars, and a 2 car garage. 2 of them just eat insurance and never get drove. I've just been too lazy to sell them.

I have six, I pretty much only have room for 3 in the garage.

We're about to be in the 4 car, 3 car garage camp, but that's why I'll always have a beater that can sit in the driveway and rot.

I'm also EXTREMELY interested in getting a lift and exchanging some attic space for more garage space Surely the wife won't mind parking under a lift? hahah

So if you could get $9K for the TT and parts, what are you looking to replace it with? I would assume something fun that you won't have to wrench on nearly as much? Or have you already replaced it and now you're just getting it out of the way?

Having a modded Stealth isn't always user friendly. I'm sick of having to jump through hoops every year just to get the car to pass inspection/emissions, and with the 6 puck clutch, it isn't really a great daily driver, especially in stop and go traffic. So I mainly just drove her on nice weekends when nothing else was going on, but those seem to be few and far between these days.

And, I figure the more I wait, the less likely I'll be to find a buyer. Already I think I should have sold a few years ago, the prices for these things seems to have just dropped off a cliff.
