I would say your analysis is not accurate. Smith is an extremely accurate passer. He does not have to rely on bomb passes and broken coverage to win a football game.

Yeah, Smith is going to have a HUGE game against Texas.

All I'm hoping is that we can limit the monster plays (I promise, they will happen) and force WVU to play offense in the red zone. We held OSU to more FG's than they'd kicked all season combined, and that was the difference. The good news is that 3 of our 5 best defenders are DB's (Diggs, Vacarro, Byndom) and while our DB's aren't very physical, neither are WVU's WR's. We shouldn't be getting TRUCKED like we were against OSU... All the rest of our talent on D is on the line. Hopefully we can get pressure up the middle because while our DE's are immediate draft pics, Geno will get rid of the ball before they get there.

I'm just hoping we can get away with only having 1 or 2 LB's on the field at all times. If that means an extra D-lineman or extra DB's, I think it's much better because we're hopeless at LB right now

As for predicting the rest of Texas' season... The only one I'm sure about is the loss to K-State, haha
