The 2012 College Football thread!!!

Hmm, bowl money, or no bowl money?

Gus Malzahn: "I told you guys I was going to take my time to find coordinators. It took about 48 hours."

We got Ellis Johnson at DC and Rhett Lashlee at OC.

For those not in the know, Johnson was DC at South Carolina before taking the HC job at Southern Miss with disastrous results. Nevertheless, he is a highly respected (if not old) defensive mind in the college ranks. His SoCar defenses were among the best in the SEC. Lashlee is a Malzahn protoge that was an assistant at Auburn before following Malzahn to Arky State to take the OC job.

Gus also let the entire assistant coaching staff go a couple of days ago, many of whom he was very close with during his three years at AU. He even fired the strength and conditioning coach that's been at Auburn for 15+ years.

I am very excited about this hire. The dude has balls.

Auburn still sucks. SURRENDER PIGEON!

38-0 I will try to talk some boosters into buying a QB in the next year or 2.

After the hit pretty boy Murray took last week, you'll need one.
